Women have a respectful and honored place in Indian society. Their sacrifice, diligence, and integrity have been a great measure of society’s growth and development.
Currently, 21% of the women population in India is working, which is, unfortunately, the lowest in the world. However, these numbers are increasing every year. A report by the World Bank says that doubling the women’s workforce in India can increase the country’s overall GDP by 1.5%.
The Lubrizol team joined hands with ‘Reality Plus Magazine’ which represents the esteemed media publication group in the field of building materials and constructions. We jointly rolled out a one-day virtual event activity namely ‘Women of Vision - Summit and Awards 2022’ on 5th March 2022.
Watch the complete recording of the event here.
The theme for International Women’s Day 2022 was “Gender Equality Today for a Sustainable Growth Tomorrow”. The motive of this event was to highlight the contribution of girls and women leading regimes across the globe for a better future by saving trees, natural resources, and the environment.
We also believe that if a woman can mentor every family member for a good living, she can be a great leader when it comes to professionalism.
Lubrizol deals with construction companies as a world-class plumbing solutions provider. Though it is a male dominance sector, the number of women is increasing gradually in it. Currently, 10.2% of the construction workforce in India is female, which is less than any other sector in India.
In order to promote Indian women to grow professionally, Lubrizol has honored some marvelous women in India, who have played a vital role in addressing society's requirements efficiently
The Lubrizol in collaboration with Reality Plus Magazine Organises the annual award event ‘Women of Vision Summit and Awards "
In this Award Event, Women Leaders in the field of Building materials, Construction, and Fire Safety will be acknowledged for their contribution and achievements.
