Project Overview

The project has been conceived as a 5 star destination: a 7-storey hotel with 250 rooms and facilities including a lobby with retail outlets, a ballroom for 800 – 1000 people, food and beverage outlets, a rooftop club/bar, a business center with meeting, seminar and boardrooms and a spa, gym and fitness club complete with an outdoor swimming pool and deck area.
